At this point, you should know all of the fundamentals of jQuery. Now you will learn more advanced jQuery techniques. As you know, images are a significant component of a webpage’s content. jQuery can enhance how images are presented by using slideshows and other effects.

The first demonstration is a Lightbox plugin. It allows users to click on a thumbnail and see a larger image. The second demonstration is a simple news ticker that uses Interfade effects. The third and final demonstration is an image slideshow cycle plugin.
